Countryside Meats are based in Adversane, nr Billingshurst in Sussex. We provide a traditional local wholesale service to farmers, restaurants and butchers for the hanging and cutting of Beef, Lamb and Pork.
We pride ourselves on the attention to detail that ensures your carcasses are properly hung for best taste and texture and cut exactly to your specifications to suit your personal or commercial requirements.
The Countryside Meats cutting room is setup in the traditional manner, with the emphasises on hygiene, and our butchers are fully trained to get the best from every cut.
We source local meat from Sussex farms wherever possible and deliver individually specified cuts of meat to local restaurants and also, with our popular box scheme, to local people.
